Brückenhänger Kempten

Brückenhänger is a group of riversurfers lobbying for a standing wave in Kempten (“Riverwave for Kempten”). These ambitious guys are in the process of founding an official association to represent the interest of river surfers in their area. Various parties are involved in planning a wave in the river Iller: a planing office is working on a canal/river branch and on estimating flow rates. Students from the University of Applied Science contribute to the planning of the wave project too.

Phil is a passionate riversurfer based in the capital of urban hydro power, Graz / Austria. He graduated from the International University for Riversurfing (IUR) in 2008 before he got married (to PhilK) in 2009. Instead of children, they gave birth to the probably most awesome riversurfing magazine on the planet: Riverbreak.
