Surfing Trestle Hole Wave on the Deschutes River

Check out this video of an epic February surf on Trestle Hole Wave on the Deschutes River, Oregon. At good levels Trestle Wave becomes big V-wave with a tongue in the middle which sometimes greens out. In order to surf this wave (officially) you will need a river access pass. If you’re keen to stay longer: about 10 km upstream on the Deschutes (river right) you’ll find several small official camping sites.
