A Sweet Spring Day at Comp Wave

The Strongwater Crew goes river surfing on a sweet spring day — this is “Comp Wave” at the Triple Bridges section of the Alberton Gorge, a popular whitewater stretch of the Clark Fork River west of Missoula. This big glassy wave is in at around 22,000 cfs and only recommendable to advanced river surfers … excellent swimming skills are essential. Shot with GoPro and DJI Phantom 1 quadcopter. Thanks to Jedzilla for sending in this clip and a big shout out to Strongwater who keep chasing waves like this one!
