About Michael Billinger

Michael Billinger Michael has been part of the Ottawa surf community since 2011 and is a founding member of the Ottawa River Surfing Association. Since 2016, he has been teaching himself the art of surfboard repairs in his spare time. Aside from surfing and repairs, Michael has an exciting career in government.
